Packaging Services

Foothills provides various packaging and assembly solutions in support of a number of major manufacturers, including the automotive, furniture, and electronics industries.

Our Packaging Solutions include:

• Hand-filled and heat sealed poly bags
• Bulk cartons
• Skin and shrink packaging

We have fully compatible loading docks, warehouse space, and automated stretch wrapping capability. Shipping and barcode labeling are available along with the potential of drop shipments.We also do bulk mailings.

Assembly Services

We can assemble small components to customer specifications and our production specialists can work with you on developing appropriate jigs and fixtures to enhance productivity.

Our Assembly Solutions include:

• Cold and hot gluing
• Taping
• Stapling

We are open to acquiring more sophisticated equipment if volumes dictate.

We also have die press capability on our low-tonnage die press clickers and access to a variety of die makers that can produce most configurations.
